Sound familiar?

Why SaaS SEO often doesn't lead to sales

Most SaaS sites we audit have plenty of pages. The trouble is what those pages are for.

01

Your help centre outranks you

Hundreds of support pages compete with your marketing site for the same searches.

02

Pages about the app, not the reader

Content explains how great the product is, without answering what buyers are actually asking.

03

Features fighting each other

Closely related feature pages compete with each other, so none of them ranks well.

What's included

SaaS SEO services built around your buyers

We start by working out what every page is for, then build what's missing.

01

A job for every page

We map which page targets which buyer and search, and decide what deserves its own page.

02

Comparisons, use cases and industries

The pages buyers look for when choosing, written to inform rather than boast. For a fintech platform we built every comparison, industry and use-case page, plus case studies that gave proof under everything else.

03

Help centre linked back

Support content stays in the help centre, with well-placed links pointing buyers back to your main site.

04

Pages Google can read

No heavy JavaScript hiding your content, so pages load fast and get understood.

05

Original data

Your own numbers and results that nobody else can publish. We can turn your company's data into statistics and industry commentary.

06

Authority that fits

Press and links from the tech and industry publications your buyers actually read.

AI search

AI search is still SEO

Buyers now shortlist software in ChatGPT and Google's AI answers as well as search. What gets you cited is the same work that gets you ranked. A SaaS platform we work with appears in Google's AI-written answers for secure messaging and adviser software searches.

01

Useful content

Clear comparison and use-case pages that answer the questions buyers ask AI tools.

02

Data only you have

Original statistics give AI answers and journalists a reason to mention you.

03

Mentions in the right places

PR, reviews and coverage in the publications your market trusts.

What we report on

What sets us apart

A

Written for the reader

We turn pages about your app into pages that answer buyers' questions. We publish fewer, better pages, because mass-produced AI content spikes then falls.

B

Your own data

Insight drawn from your own data gives you content competitors can't copy.

C

No lock-in

Two plain-English reports a month show what's working. Stay because it works, not because of a contract.

D

London-based, working worldwide

We work with software teams across the UK and abroad over video calls and shared workspaces, and fit around your time zone and tools.

Qwil Messenger

B2B SaaS and fintech

A Webflow rebuild and SEO that took search traffic from 40 to 1,700+ visits a month

The challenge

Qwil gives regulated firms a compliant alternative to Microsoft Teams, Slack and Zoom. Its website wasn't converting well, its messaging hadn't kept pace with the product, and organic visibility was limited to branded searches.

What we did

We rebuilt the website in Webflow, ran a technical SEO audit and fixed backend errors, published content weekly around buyer search terms, built landing pages for each industry vertical, earned links from relevant publications and ran LinkedIn outreach alongside it.

1,700+

search visits a month for Qwil, up from 40 in 16 months

5

qualified demos a week from LinkedIn outreach

30 to 60

free trial sign-ups a month from search, up from none

“The results speak for themselves. The combination of a rebuilt website and a proper SEO strategy has completely changed how we show up in search.”

Nima, Head of Sales, Qwil Messenger

SaaS SEO agency questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

01

How is SaaS SEO different from normal SEO?

Buyers compare tools before they choose, so comparison, use-case and feature pages matter most. Help centres, pages that hide content from Google and overlapping features also cause problems most sites don't have.

02

Why does our help centre rank instead of our site?

Because it has hundreds of pages covering the same topics. We keep support content in the help centre and link it back to the main site so Google knows which page to show.

03

Do you write the content?

Yes. We write for technical buyers in a clear, professional voice, and check accuracy with your product team.

04

Where does original data come from?

From your own company data. We can turn what your business already knows about its market into statistics and industry commentary for your pages and PR.

05

Do you optimise for AI search?

Yes, through the same work that drives SEO: useful content, original data and mentions in trusted publications. There's no separate shortcut.

06

How long does SaaS SEO take?

The full effect usually shows in 6 to 12 months. We start with the pages closest to a buying decision, so trials and demo requests build as each page goes live, and your reports show the trend every month.

07

Do you guarantee rankings?

We agree clear targets with you and show progress every month, so you always know where you stand. No honest agency can promise a position on Google.

08

How do you report on results?

Two plain-English reports a month covering trials and demo requests from search, rankings for buying searches, visits that arrive straight from AI tools, and the work done. We also track the trend in branded searches, so you see AI's influence as well as its clicks.
