What's included

What every website redesign includes

Everything a new build gets, plus the work that protects what your current site has already earned.

01

We look before we change

We start by looking at how people use your current site, so the new one fixes the problems your visitors run into.

02

Every page accounted for

Each old page gets a new home or a redirect, so your rankings and links carry over.

03

Your best content kept

We keep what's earning visits and enquiries, and rewrite or retire what isn't.

04

Designed to win enquiries

Clear calls to action and well-structured pages that lead visitors to get in touch. Across our last three website projects, enquiries rose 75% within three months.

05

A site your team can run

Built with components and CMS templates, so you change text, images and pages yourself, without waiting on a developer.

06

Faster and cleaner

Clean code on a modern platform: our builds score 90 to 100 on mobile PageSpeed and load in under a second.

Our process

Qwil Messenger

B2B SaaS and fintech

A Webflow rebuild and SEO that took search traffic from 40 to 1,700+ visits a month

The challenge

Qwil gives regulated firms a compliant alternative to Microsoft Teams, Slack and Zoom. Its website wasn't converting well, its messaging hadn't kept pace with the product, and organic visibility was limited to branded searches.

What we did

We rebuilt the website in Webflow, ran a technical SEO audit and fixed backend errors, published content weekly around buyer search terms, built landing pages for each industry vertical, earned links from relevant publications and ran LinkedIn outreach alongside it.

1,700+

search visits a month for Qwil, up from 40 in 16 months

5

qualified demos a week from LinkedIn outreach

30 to 60

free trial sign-ups a month from search, up from none

“The results speak for themselves. The combination of a rebuilt website and a proper SEO strategy has completely changed how we show up in search.”

Nima, Head of Sales, Qwil Messenger

London Legal Support Trust

Legal advice charity

From a website that kept crashing to one the whole team can run

The challenge

The charity's site ran on an ageing Umbraco CMS that nobody was maintaining. It kept crashing and going offline, which is serious for a charity that relies on its website for event promotion and sign-ups, and the staff and volunteers who updated it weren't web specialists.

What we did

We started by assessing what the staff and volunteers could manage without technical help, then moved the site to WordPress with a modernised, responsive design that kept the brand. We added mailing-list sign-up, Salesforce integration, donation and banking integration and stronger security, timed the switch between two major fundraising events, and trained the team to run the content while we maintain the system.

100%

uptime since the new site launched in 2020

“Our old website kept crashing, and that's the last thing a charity can afford. AIM took the time to understand how our team works, moved everything across without disrupting our events, and the site hasn't gone down since. Everyone on the team can update it themselves.”

Judo For All UK

Judo governing body

From no online presence to a widely referenced home for traditional judo in the UK

The challenge

Judo For All UK started in North London with no members, no profile and no online presence. It had to explain why it existed and build credibility fast, and as it grew its first website couldn't keep up: only a few people could update it and it had no online event booking.

What we did

We have worked with JFAUK from its earliest days, on planning, branding, print and content as well as the website. In 2012 we built its first site on Joomla and grew its traffic through SEO and marketing. In 2018 we moved it to WordPress so more of the team could edit it, added online event booking and ran a full round of SEO with the move. A redesign is now under way.

Seasons and Blossoms

Organic greengrocer

From a decade-old Squarespace site to a WordPress site ready for online orders

The challenge

We built the shop's first website, a static Squarespace site, in 2014, and it had gone untouched for over 10 years. It looked tired, and the owner wanted a website that could promote the business, be updated in-house and start taking orders online.

What we did

We backed up the static site, moved it and the domain off Squarespace, and built a custom responsive WordPress theme. We migrated the content and added on-site SEO, social links and an online shop ready to launch for a set range of products.

“We'd been stuck with an old website nobody could change for years. AIM moved everything over in three days, and now we finally have a site that looks like our shop and that we can update ourselves.”

Markos Pets

Pet supplies

An online shop and SEO that doubled online sales and lifted in-store sales 30% in Paphos

The challenge

Competing with large retailers across Cyprus while staying relevant in Paphos, for both competitive national searches and specialist services like pond building.

What we did

We built the online shop, ran a two-layer SEO strategy (pages for each major city across Cyprus, local pages for the Paphos store and its pond-building service), created content and built high-authority links.

All Aspects Financial

Independent financial advice

Rebuilding a financial advice firm's website after its designer went out of business

The challenge

An independent financial advice firm serving individuals and business owners across the UK lost its website and all of its content when its previous designer went out of business, and needed a site that reflected the full breadth of its advice.

What we did

We rebuilt the website on WordPress with a dedicated page for every personal and business service, from pensions, retirement and estate planning to mortgages, employee benefits and exit planning. We added adviser profiles, an articles section and a clear route to book a free discovery call, trained the team to run the site themselves, and look after it with ongoing maintenance.

16

service pages rebuilt for advice clients

“When we lost our old website, AIM rebuilt it from nothing. It's professional, it's secure, and our team can update it ourselves. They made a stressful situation easy.”

What we've had to fix

Two of the problems we've fixed.

01

An AI-built site

One client replaced its content with bulk AI-written copy and ended up with blocked pages, missing redirects and every page competing. We rebuilt it on WordPress with fewer, better pages.

02

Two domains, one site

A client ran the same site on .io and .com with no preferred version, so the two split their ranking strength. Fixing it lifted search traffic 50%.

Website redesign services questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

01

Will I lose my Google rankings?

We plan the move so your rankings carry over: every old URL mapped and redirected, then rankings watched after launch. Pages that weren't earning traffic are retired on purpose. For a tech client moving from hand-coded HTML, we redirected every URL while the whole structure changed, kept all the traffic, and the new site loaded much faster and converted better.

02

Do I need a full redesign, or just fixes?

We look at your analytics first, then give you a clear answer: a full redesign, or targeted fixes that win enquiries sooner.

03

Can you keep my existing content?

Yes. We keep what's working, rewrite what's close and retire what isn't, so the new site starts with your strongest pages.

04

Should I stay on my platform or switch?

It depends on what is holding you back. If your platform works, we redesign on it. If it doesn't, we move you to Webflow or WordPress with every URL redirected.

05

How long does a website redesign take?

Six weeks for a typical site, from first call to launch. Larger sites take longer, and your current site stays live until the new one is ready.

06

Will my team be able to update it?

Yes. We build every site so your team can edit text, images and pages without a developer, and we train you at handover.

07

Who owns the new website?

You do. The site, its content and the domain are yours, and if hosting or the domain sits with a previous agency, we move it to you.

08

What happens after launch?

We check rankings, traffic and redirects, fix anything that slips and support you for the first year.

09

How much does a website redesign cost?

Redesigns are priced like new builds: from £1,000 on WordPress and from £2,500 on Webflow, at a fixed price in writing. WordPress hosting is free for the first year, then £200 a year, and Webflow bills its own plan.
